Yun believes that when you give, you receive. As a full-time teacher for more than a decade, and currently with HOM Yoga, all kinds of movement practices inspire her. Her teachings are mostly alignment-focused and heart-based, with a touch of mantra music. Most recently, she has become a mama and found deeper service in holding space for crystal bowl sound baths and alignment-based hatha flow classes. Yun’s curiosity and hunger for knowledge keeps her on the mat and fuels her desire to learn and evolve every single day.

Navigating Mental Health In The LGBTQ+ Community by SAPRIDESG
Finding Strength & Sharing Stories: Let’s Talk LGBTQ+ Mental Health
Hey there,
We all know the world can be tough on our LGBTQ+ community. It throws a lot at us, and sometimes it feels like no one gets it. But here’s the thing: mental health matters, and so do your stories.
We’re putting together a project called SAPS Our Voice 2024 to amplify our experiences and challenge the stigma around mental health in our community.
This is your chance to share your journey. The good, the bad, the triumphs and the struggles – whatever feels important. This is a safe space for every voice to be heard, because your story could be the light someone else needs to find their way.
Think you can help? Awesome! We’d love for you to be a part of it.
Scan the QR code on the event poster or click the link at the top to register your interest. We’ll get in touch soon to chat more and finalize the details.
Together, let’s shine a light on LGBTQ+ mental health and inspire others on their path to healing and self-love.
P.S. Sharing is completely voluntary. If you’re not comfortable speaking on camera, that’s totally fine! We want you to feel supported no matter how you choose to participate.
