Building Self-Worth & Exploring Identity: A Free Workshop
Hey everyone,
We’re excited to invite you to a free workshop focusing on Building Self-Worth and Exploring Identity for Gay, Bi, and Queer/Questioning Men who have sex with Men (MSM).
This workshop aims to create a safe and supportive space for you to learn and discuss:
- Mental health issues faced by the MSM community, including prevalent concerns and their impact on self-esteem and self-worth.
- Strategies for improving mental health and navigating challenges.
- The connection between mental health and sexual behavior, explored by a counsellor.
- Addressing internalized homophobia and stigma, and fostering self-acceptance.
- Understanding the link between body image and risky sexual practices.
