About the Instructor
Nicole has been passionate about movement since she was young, starting out as a dancer and naturally transitioning into Yoga and Pilates. As a teacher, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and empowering environment for her students. She understands that time on the mat is sacred, as it’s her only moment of calm amidst her busy life.
Outside of teaching, she juggles being a mum to two rambunctious boys, managing partnerships and operations at a maternity wear brand, and occasionally working as a university admissions consultant. It’s a busy life, but she loves every moment of it!

They provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for everyone to work out in. Check out their website for more information on classes and instructors.

About your facilitator Yun:
Yun believes that when you give, you receive. As a full-time teacher for more than a decade, and currently with HOM Yoga, all kinds of movement practices inspire her. Her teachings are mostly alignment-focused and heart-based, with a touch of mantra music. Most recently, she has become a mama and found deeper service in holding space for crystal bowl sound baths and alignment-based hatha flow classes. Yun’s curiosity and hunger for knowledge keeps her on the mat and fuels her desire to learn and evolve every single day.
About Yoga for a Change:
Yoga for a Change is created for people to practice yoga, move and relax – while contributing to worthy causes that enhance livelihoods in Singapore. We teach weekly outdoors yoga classes at Marina Bay, Botanic Gardens, Fort Canning Park, East Coast Park, and ad-hoc events such as gong relaxation, meditation sessions and day retreats from which all proceeds are donated to nonprofits.
