Join us at QueerTea Party for “Embrace & Express,” a transformative workshop designed specifically for LGBTQIA+ individuals who are navigating the complexities of their sexual identity and feeling hindered in reaching their full potential. If you’ve ever felt stuck or uncertain about your place in the world due to your sexual identity, this workshop is for you. We’re here to guide you through a journey of self-discovery and acceptance, helping you to build a loving and confident relationship with your identity.

Inclusive Careers Fair 2024

A Signature Event of Pink Fest, the Inclusive Careers Fair (ICF) is an in-person event for individuals, businesses, and community organisations dedicated to fostering inclusion, equity, belonging and diversity.

Our goal is to facilitate connections between employers and diverse talent, including LGBTQ+, differently-abled, neurodivergent individuals, racial/ethnic minorities, women and other underrepresented groups in Singapore. The fair serves as a platform for meaningful interactions, thoughtful conversations, and exciting career opportunities.

Come along for thought-provoking panel discussions, and the chance to build connections with like-minded individuals.

Launching Your Career Journey as a LGBTQ+ in Singapore

After an improv performance introducing the background of the topics for the evening, we will have a panel discussion on career and personal growth, as well as financial literacy. $15 entry includes laughs, life hacks, drinks and snacks!

Personal and Career Development:

Coming out at work: Strategies and considerations for LGBTQ+ individuals navigating the workplace.

Professional development: Setting career goals, building networks, and continuous learning.

Overcoming challenges: Dealing with imposter syndrome, managing work-life balance, and handling setbacks and mental health

Financial Services:

Getting started: Basics of financial literacy, protecting their income with proper insurance coverages, setting up bank accounts, and understanding credit.

Career trajectory: Planning for career advancement and managing finances through different life stages.
