FOMOHOMO’S Music Curators

Thomas Ou
DJ Thomas’s clubbing years in the early 2000s piqued his curiosity about what it would be like to reverse the roles and bring the beats instead. A passionate quest for the sounds followed, along with DJ school, before swopping positions to create the magic and energy he had experienced as a young clubber. After taking time off to develop himself personally, whilst keeping his fingers on the decks, he has returned fully to navigate parties and heat up any space. 2023 looks promising for the man who is holding four residencies, aside from spinning at prominent private events. With a library full of tunes, ranging from house to circuit, old and new, DJ Thomas’s sets will see aficionados cut a rug and buoyant party-goers bogie the night away.

It hit the top 5 of deep house in Dec 2022. Taaka
Gritty. Melodic. Funky. Words used to describe Taaka's unique sound, taking his audience on a journey through naughty tech and warm soulful vibes while not being afraid to dip a toe into other genres using diverse mixing to create an energy of its own. With a 9-year career originally as a mainstay at Sydney's most notorious club nights, supporting multiple international acts (such as Chris Lake, Dom Dolla, Artbat & Mason Maynard to name a few), Taaka moved to Singapore and founded YES YOU - a movement focused on booty-shaking house music, all-inclusive vibes and supporting meaningful causes. He's also featured on lineups like Potato Head, Kilo, Dave's Disco Brunch and Friendly Waters.
