Session 1: “Who’s In The Relationship, Really?”
1:30pm – 3:30pm

Most of us long for nourishing connections, where we feel seen, heard and understood; and where we can do the same for another. But sometimes, we find ourselves repeating patterns that take us further away from creating the relationships we truly want.

Lynn will be sharing how Inner Work helped her disentangle herself from repeating painful childhood patterns in her present relationships. And how it brought her more peace, joy and stability with her partner of 16 years.

She invites you to join her in a few simple and nurturing practices that have helped her, and many others, tend to old patterns with kindness and compassion, so that you can begin creating more nourishing relationships in your life.

Session 2: “What’s In My Closet?”
4:30pm – 6:30pm

We all carry hidden parts in our closets — secrets we guard, struggles we endure, and aspects of ourselves we fear to reveal.

In this session, Candice will be sharing how Soul work and altered states sessions helped her resolve her secrecy and shame about her sexual orientation to embrace her identity with peace and harmony.

In this safe and non-judgmental environment, Candice will be guiding you on a gentle, inward journey of self-discovery as we honour and celebrate the fullness of our authentic selves.
