Topic: Affirming healthcare practices: a way forward to eliminating HIV

One of the biggest barriers preventing gender and sexual minorities from accessing healthcare are their tangible fear of being discriminated during their visits to a healthcare provider. Join Dr. Pereira as they discuss the principles of affirming healthcare, it’s role in HIV prevention and how MaNaDr Clinic @ City Gate puts this into practice.
