About The Speaker
Tan Hwee-Meng is the founder of the School of Inner Work, a psychospiritual institution based in Singapore.
In response to the challenges of the pandemic, she led a series of mental wellness classes titled Being a Center of Calmness and Groundedness (BCCG), supporting hundreds of individuals in managing the stress of navigating a COVID-19 world. Inspired by Frida Kahlo, the iconic bisexual artist known for fearlessly pursuing her passions and challenging societal norms, Hwee-Meng adopts creative and innovative methods to ensure her classes are both engaging and enjoyable.
